As a solo que player I know exactly how you feel, there's more RNG involved in getting a decent team than there is in loot boxes it seems,but there's nothing Respawn can do unless they have enough concurrent players to put all the pre-made squads and low levels into their own lobby so we aren't at a guranteed disadvantage with or against them. All I can say is don't have high hopes when joining matches, expect to lose 90% of them but on the extremely rare occasion you get a competent team be sure to cherish your wins.
