@TSMkingsoloThey have a training wheels lobby for levels 1 to 10. Lots of people make "smurf" accounts to access these ridiculously easy lobbies. Not going to lie, I made one and got 22 kills, 4200 damage and won my first game... But then my second match was against "high skill" players. Then my 3rd was back to training wheels lobby.
Basically if you are good at a shooter, the game will figure it out eventually and put you against other good shooters.
But I do agree with your point. If you party up with lower skilled friends, the game still places you in high skill lobbies. It really has to be this way to stop people from abusing the system and getting high skilled players into low skill lobbies all the time.
