Recolored Skin Suggestion

@ggDinxster Honestly thats a great idea, I don’t really care if a skin is rare or not just make them available to more players some of us was there the first time but didn’t own the skins required and others have joined the game later and never had a chance they already brought back the best skins like Bangalores Outlands Warrior skin and Wraiths Voidwalker/Airship Assassins anyways so they might aswell bring back the lesser known recolors theres this one for Bangalore Ive wanted since I was a noob in season 1
