Recon Legends/Health Bar idea

I actually disagree that the highlighted enemies are a strong advantage whenever I play without the highlighted enemies I don't even notice a difference in my performance. It's not like enemies are difficult to see in the game.  

Ever since the heath bars got added to the game it changed how the game is played that info is way more valuable than highlighted enemies and everyone just gets that info for free instead of working for it like back then. 

Recon legends have so little advantage compared to other classes, their most useful advantage is just to be able to hit the beacons to know where people are at. Highlighted enemies is perhaps the most useless ability next to the extra meds loot ability for support legends. 

Assault class gets speed boost and hoster reload which is extremely strong, skirmisher gets heals after knocking someone and can speed boost their teammates that are far which is very useful, support has faster revive and healing when they revive which is very useful. Now recon and controller legends got the least impactful abilities because their best ability is just to be able to hit the beacons and consoles. 

The information the health bars offer is clearly a recon thing and shouldn't be given out for free imo. If people can't see health bars unless they have a recon legend on their team then that'll increase the value of recon legends. Majority of people just play assault and skirmisher legends with maybe one support legend really proves that recon and controller legends aren't as impactful.
