Remove aim assist on consoles

@Blasian311 I think you came to the wrong conclusion on why aim assist is needed. It can't exist on consoles to compensate against M/K since that isn't even allowed there and I doubt it exists to give weaker players a chance against stronger players. I'm guessing aim assist is there to compensate for the controller's natural flaws in a shooter. Precision aiming with thumb sticks is unreasonable. 

My experience has been that snapping onto targets without aim assist is tougher but not that much. Staying on target is difficult and grows towards impossible the further your target is away from you. After you consider the way that players/characters move in this game it would be impossible for console players to move and shoot accurately. The end result would be more camping and sniping rather than any meaningful skillful fight.
