31 damage by a fist? Yeah right and a Prowler, no attachements, does 24 on a body...
Yes you can lose with the havoc against people that are way smarter when playing. All you have to do is strafe the shots eventually they will run out of ammo and the reload+the start up time to shoot again is enough to kill them
