Remove Kill Feed

It only serves to make third partying easier, and on rare occasions show when someone is using an over the top cheat. Third partying wont be quite as bad if it is removed.

@Eurlannd We need more things added to the game, not removed. Sorry but I must also agree with sylvester9991 on this one.
