To clarify, you want no slowness when being hit by something that uses heavy ammo, but allow slowness to stay for other weapon ammo types? How does this play with anyone who has the Fortified passive?

@NullEffective9 I think they would get a speed boost then lol! But what I think he actually means is the disproved rumor that heavy bullets slow you more than any bullets type. A lot of people still believe this even though it was disproved a while ago.
