@TheJumpingJawa The only way to fix the weapon would be to add bullet drop, reduce the damage to 50 per beam, it should take 2-3 energy per shot, and yes reduce its spawn rate.
@MoNosDirtyGaming It will probably become a legendary tier weapon after the initial "release", with limited ammo.
If not, it will almost certainly be nerfed to near uselessness...
