REMOVE THE TIER DIFFERENCE FROM RANKED AS EVERY 2ND PLAYER SMURFIN'

Has anyone else noticed how much smurfs this season has like u see tons of lvl ~20 players with 20bomb and 4k badge all on bronze or other lower ranks when u kill em' u get less rp which is pretty stupid no matter how u look at it. 

I'm playin EU - lobbies and tons of my friends has same issue on high ranks too like Dia II - Master. 

You should fix this and never add it again, you should check EU lobbies at least how many smurfs there actually is because the amount is staggerin'!

I have no idea why everytime when u actually have good system goin' on you manage to ruin it completly. -_-

Not motivated to play ranked anymore cuz of this, normally I have been Diamond IV - II completly solo.
