Remove the Wingman
Like for real guys this weapon is the reason why you never can fight against more than 2 guys. 45 damag for 1 hit is just unfair.

Wingman is a higher skill gun, it hits hard because of the slower fire rate. Plus you have to hit your shots, you can't just hold a button down and spray until you kill someone. Wingman is totally fine how it is
