Remove weapon loadin animation when weapon is used for the first time

This animation makes no sense, cause it's done only when weapon is selected for the first time. I sometimes try to switch weapon mid fight and instead of shooting I need to see this annoying animatio...

@zibo86 This is frustrating as hell, but what would be even worse would be 2 players fighting for the same gun on landing, you thinking you have it, but the other player has it and instantly kills you before you can react, this is why this particular animation has been added in.

@MoNosDirtyGamingDoesn't change anything. Due to poor servers I often have situation when I'm pretty sure I took the weapon, but it fact the other player has it. This animation doesn't change anything in this case for me - one still doesn't have enough time to react.

Another option - keep the animation only for first weapon, skip it when switching weapons.

@zibo86 Since playing from season 0, I've noticed its the lag compensation that does that to you, and it's ea, servers are always going to be garbage.
