Reported Cheater W/Video Clearly Boosting 2 Hours, Person Still Cheating RANKED

Like what am i to do if i report a cheater, upload the video and find the cheater in my next game 2 hours later. I'm not joking. I played ranked, recorded the cheater aim locking radar hacks etc, boo...

I can't directly link to what i'm talking about, but most hardcore players are using scripts to have little to no recoil. It's getting so bad you can see some people using it on Youtube channels like Apex Top Clips or something the same, Top Clips etc.

Also, i own a good controller and only use it for Apex sometimes a ton of kills. I understand aim assist.

  @Popa2caps Aim assist on pc is easier as not everyone is good with m + k, everyone on console is on a level playing field, mentally knowing it is less stress
