Return L STAR to a Legendary Weapon And Return Devotion to Normal but balance...
You tought remplacing the Devotion will be a great idea, but actually got the same result.
The L Star its still powerful like a Legendary weapon and they are abundant. Even tough the Devotion its a powerful weapon both are equally.
Devotion may be OP when fully kitted but still getting one from normal gameplay like Season 3 doesnt stop the L Star...
So L STAR should be part of the Legendary Weapons but be adjusted with Higher Ammo Capacity and stuff... Return Devotion but balance it next time.
Most Legendary Weapons are actually the biggest ones so the L STAR its one of this. Devotion and Spitfire are more alike...
