I was thinking (definitely not alone on this) they should make his ultimate instead of just being death protection to make it like the Halloween event where you turn into a monster and have extra jump height and speed BUT!!! with some limitations and/or alterations of course for balancing reasons.
For example
1. Limited number of melee hits(or attempts) before you get returned to totem
2. Amount of damage inflicted per hit.
3. Monster hp. and speed.
4. Totem time limit.
5. Noise monsters make (like a growl)
I'm sure more could be added or removed but I believe this will increase revenant's pick rate and become more played by high skill players
