This is so true. I have fun playing against some similarly skilled players then I get rocked and die in 0.2 seconds because a pre-made duo or trio of 4k/20 drops obliterates my health. I am a solo que with a 3K. Why am I getting matched against a team far beyond my skill level? Things got really bad this season.
You have chosen to make the que time shorter for skilled players by allowing them to play in most lobbys while the average player suffers.
The bigger issue I see that can not be solved by devs is that more than 60% of the lobby is complete and utter trash that should probably sell their computer and get a shovel after getting some lessons on how to use it. Masters stomp everything because majority of the players are for horror movie of civilization falling apart. Logic of an average player these days ,,I am trash I want others to be trash so I do not get offended and so I can feel good about myself ,, I hope you get eradicated deleted and tea bagged for the rest of your online gaming life until you decide to get a grip and become a bit better.
Nah not close to 50% but a single premade duo of two preds, even ex-masters is enough to stomp most other squads in a public lobby.. Also, old S1-S3 master trails and badges are actually comparable with todays platinum players in terms of skill and 4k also means very little nowadays.. I dont claim that pub lobbies are forgiving for below-average players, but its not that bad either. Seems quite random to me tbh: a couple of bad players, a couple of good players and many average players, i.e normal distributed just like the player skill distribution of the player base.I would be fine if I had itz Timmy in my lobby, as long as I could actually have decent footstep audio!
