Lmao it's broken, a good mouse too which is a shame. I saw another forum of people who also had broken wheels. Made me feel better.
Have the same issue, but if I change the resolution to max then it works for me.
So I have this issue only when I set my resolution to lower.
- Found a way to run a script in the background that emulates a mouse on the numbed of your keyboard. So now I can just press 2 keys for up and down. Let me know if you want a link to the software!
