Scroll Bar While Looting (No scroll wheel)

I would really appreciate the scroll bar on the left of loot boxes of dead enemies to work. For those of us that have no scroll wheel, we are unable to loot anything below 4-5 items. I know this is a...

Same problem here, broken scroll bar. Too lazy to buy another mouse just for a dumb rubber wheel. Will try resolution trick.
