What happens when the bug occurs? Using the Cycle Weapon input after the Holster weapon input doesn't respect the last weapon I used/weapon I holstered. Sometimes it will switch to the next weapon while unholstering. Can be critical in firefights when wrong weapon comes out during an ambush after a holstered sprint through the map. Another possibility: I have Cycle Weapon mapped to Mouse Wheel Up. While the wheel on my mouse isn't broken, it could be that the game has issues dealing with unholstering weapons if the input is on a mouse wheel. NOTE: Using "Equip Weapon 1/2" inputs does not trigger this bug, as it unholsters whatever weapon is in each equip slot in Inventory.
What should be happening instead? When I hit Cycle Weapon after Holster, it should be the last weapon I used (i.e. the weapon that was holstered)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Map "Cycle Weapon" to either Mouse Wheel Up/Down. 2. Holster your weapon, while walking/sprinting/sliding, then "un-holster your weapon" with Cycle Weapon, NOT "Equip Weapon 1/2" 3. You will notice that Cycle Weapon out of Holster input won't respect last weapon equip choice

The Holster input does not work well with the Cycle Weapon input on PC KB/M.
It frequently does not respect last weapon equip choice when "un-holstering".
I just jumped into Training in Apex and discovered something.
When using the "Cycle Weapon" input after Holstering your weapon, it will always default back to the weapon in Equip Slot 1!
The only time it will cycle to the next weapon is when the Holster animation isn't completed (i.e. the gun reticle hasn't disappeared), in which case it will cancel Holster and go to the next weapon as usual.
The combination of defaulting to Equip Weapon 1 and the small window of animation/input cancelling is what is causing this confusion. Hopefully it's simply a product of how the inputs are coded and maybe in a future patch Cycle Weapon could respect last weapon choice, or hitting Holster again while holstered will bring back the last weapon.
