Season 13 Patch Notes..

Come on respawn, I'm genuinely starting to think you're giving up on this game and intentionally destroying it.

A whole new season and the only real things you've done is changed ranked, added a new legend and changed Worlds Edge and Storm Point slightly. I think I speak for the majority of the players when I say the issue relating to storm point is the shear size of the map. This whole season pretty much I've avoided playing when storm point is on as its completely pointless to play, a 20 minute match and you can mostly go nearly every game seeing 4 squads max. I went 2 games yesterday finding only 1 squad which was the last alive funny enough after using the cars, pads etc to find people. SHRINK the map and people might actually enjoy playing it or add more squads to the game.. you literally ignore your player base as the majority mention the above being the problem.

On top of that, you know currently Storm Point is the least enjoyable map base on feedback from players, now you've decided to add it for a full week to pubs at the start of the season, way to put many people off. Bring map selection into the game so we can avoid playing it until you listen to your customers.

Way I see it, this season will be playable for a few weeks and then it will no doubt get dull due to lack of new content. Also, a full season now there's been the lag bug when joining a game every now and then, this still has not been addressed..

    Damit, I didn't know SP was going to be the only map for a soild week! 😞

    Oh well, means I won't be starting Season 3 for another week. 

    The continued lack of content is sad. Still not as sad as NC stealing three legends abilities. I cringe at what the next legends abilities will be. It shows the Devs are clearly out of ideas. I am still trying to wrap my head around, why they felt LL needed her rezz shield removed, just to hand basically the same thing to someone else who isn't a medic. And another Gibby seems pointless. Come to think of it, even Rampart should be a little annoyed. 

    Don't cry Pathy, its ok - maybe one day down the road, Respawn will decide to give you a passive ability. ☹️

    Yeah I wont play the first week either because of that. Storm point is such an annoyance.

    They could have at least made it "Nightmode" like with Kings Canyon in Season 3 to give it a different spin

    @r1ggedgame whole games a joke right now, my 2 friends are refusing to play due to storm point being on for a week and I usually solo to masters every season and now they've made solo queuing even worse...

    @DaleFox2012ChiefThunder (or was it Midnight, i cant remember) and me predicted something like this will happen. Now i enjoy the show, hopefully a lot of heat will be brought to twitter/reddit to actually make them change stuff.

    I do Agree that respawn has given up on apex legends. mainly because of the changes to ranked. they are attempting to encourage more team play but by bring back rank down

    systems and making the cost of ranking up harder. all they have done is encourage more people to start using cheats and hacks, by increasing to rank up they are trying

    to discourage people from making smurf account which in turn is more likely encouraging people to make smurf account because it will mean more challenging content for their twitch and youtube accounts. while i have no problems with the map or the new legends i wish respawn would think more of the problems at hand and the community and less of what their next content will be.

    Guys, you're wasting your time. They don't even read this obviously. Forced to play storm point again, changes to ranked system that, and I mean this in the most literal sense, NOBODY likes. Oh, and the wingman is still the definition of broken. Done with Apex. Didn't think this day would come, but I'm over taking it with no lube from Respawn.

    @XKELX904its not about the devs reading this, its about potential new players reading this and helping them to decide if its worth to even start.
    That will clearly make an impact on revenue ... and thats what makes the devs move. i know its not twitter , but its a start ...
    If every player that is fed up would motivate a friend to not spend money on the game as long as certain things arent fixed, we might get some of the changes as a result.
