Seer is not OP

I know there’s soooooo much going around saying Seer is OP, but in reality, I think it’s just a lot of frustration and negative “honeymoon” energy from a new powerful character being thrown into the ...

In arenas maybe it is OP but in BR it is not... maybe remove the health damage tactical but thats all... and thats not a little change.. 
but arenas is a different place so .. different changes might be done.
