Why did respawn nerf him into the ground.. horizon averaged platinum rank last season. She waa the only one!!! Thats OP! Nerf her tine to heal in q and rise time... All these people screaming for seer nerfs are apart of the skrinisher meta. I dont understand why nerf the scan meta when it prevented ratting. How is it no skill to slow someone? Vs q to run away...heal...and reangle. He was the only legend who really felt like he stopped the movement abuse or rat meta. Now his passive doesnt even work right. There is no point to use him on these bigger open area maps. The heartbeat sensor is always off. Doesnt pick up anybody with a brain. The q is hard to hit. It only silences long enough for someone to round a corner....and the ult is beyond easy to lose track of people...rev reborn...bangalores smoke....horizon..all need to be touched before you nerf my mans for the 1000000x bc devs cater to the biggest group of cry babys. Seer is so easy to counter its not even funny. Id call crypto season 18s best recon and his 1 percent pick rate tells you how sad that is.

His pick rate before the nerf was only of 4% and now is going to be even worse. The nerf to the silence effect was completely unnecessary. And the slowness is garbage, 0,5s is nothing, it should be 1,5s more or less.

I hope they continue to nerf Seer into the ground, until nobody plays him and eventually fades into the sunset along with his wallhacks. Should have never been added to the game to begin with. RIP Seer for good.

Right! It sucks. Its like the ttv wraiths hold all the power in this community. Its wrong when the top picked characters are all skrimishers. Thats unhealthy for this game. Not scanners. Looking like i will be playing more crypto this season. My only gripe is not being able to heal while in drone. I also love emp but wish i didnt have to use 200% brain power to not be bad with it. Most high skill legend to play for sure. Kuddos to you good sir

He shouldn't even had gotten the silence ability as he's a recon legend. That should of stayed on Revenant, (in fact Revenant's kit didn't really need a rework, but they did it anyways).

Seer got a silence cuz the heal cancel is too strong for the game, in all fight you need to heal and more when your ally is knock. If just heal cancel is removed he will lose too much his potential. Take note, Seer has more scan than any other legend in game, but we all need to know scan legend don't realy need scan and yet they need give info for the team, look to Crypto, his scan is horrible but he can give info from territory around(pretty slow but he can). The nerf on scan on Seer is to reduce partilly his power because he's giving too much vision(with the passive, skill and ult) and canceling the enemy team heal/ress.

@Cocodriloiloilo Speaking of silence, I used to main Revenant BECAUSE of Silence. Now it's dead.
Then they added a few milliseconds of silence to Seer's Tactical.
I still use "The Equalizer" Banner Pose on Revenant in memory of his silence ability.
As for Seer, his tactical is completely useless. You used to be able to track people for a few seconds after hitting them but they killed that.
The only real effect it has now is a shorter ping than Bloodhound or Yellow Materia (if you remember that thing's length), and a stun. Its silence is completely useless.
I haven't use him all season to be honest, because he's so useless.
This also means I haven't tested his passive or Ult this season either, but I thought those were working just fine.
Enemy seer nuked me several times today. Three Strikes.
1) Passive Scan: Bridge to ground in Worlds Edge, near The Maud.
2) Ultimate: inside a tower in the middle of lava - Final ring, final strike.
He never did use his tactical. Probably because it's totally useless.

@DuckDodgerssss Heal cancel was never part of silence. The only thing Silence did was disable abilities.
Disrupt was/is Seer Only.

@MojoMish seer was almost and broken as aim assistance but was available to everybody. ea needed to marginalize their player base so by nerfing seer, all that was left was aim assistance for controller abusers. mission accomplished. mnk players successfully marginalized.
