I think other Legends need a buff and not Seer is who need a nerf.. balance is everything.. Seer is powerfull but why not? .. just make every other Legends more powerfull and thats all.

@ItzN0tU Buffing the other characters to match an OP introduction is called "power creep". Power creep tends to lead to a wonky, never-ending escalation that eventually destroys the game.

The identity of a game is tied to its average power level. The AL we'd get on the other side of a power creep struggle would be unrecognizable by today's standards.
