We ever going to get better servers? Game shows I have good ping, usually 30-60ms, but I just get shot through walls and cover. Like, I can literally see the bullet lines go directly through these objects and they just deal damage, while most of my shots just no regs on targets.While sometimes for no reason what so ever, the ping would just skyrocket to 100-300+ for a few seconds and then settle back down. I'm assuming this is just players DDOSing, as it seems to stop when a team gets wiped out.Whatever is going on, its clearly not player's connections that are the issue, it seems to be the servers being unable to handle the game. Considering that the game still runs a sound engine that's incapable of playing a bunch of sounds at once, its not that farfetched to assume the servers cannot handle the game, or the players playing.

Assuming I ran into a hacking squad, as when they killed my team, our spectation was all forced onto anohter squad that was on the complete OTHERSIDE of the map. This isn't a "bug" EA/Respawn, its most definely a cheat, because why else would your view get randomly forced onto another squad, other than to be prevented from recording proof of someone cheating? Your view ONLY goes to someone else, if your killer is dead, and another squad if the killer's whole team is dead, and that's the squad who killed them. Not some random squad.Think people are just back to DDOSing the servers again.

Haven't been encountering this in the Amsterdam datacenter.It's most likely not a DDOS, despite them being known well by the community, it's still a rare attack that isn't used in a way like this.An attack that would last for a while without any coverage from the devs is unlikely, so we're most likely encountering something else.It's most likely an exploit or a cheat, though if it is, it would seem to be in the hands of very few players.I might know what could be causing this, if it is, it would be quite simple for the devs to resolve this.

@Midnight9746 Yeah, I've been having latency issues as well. The servers this season just can't keep up with the action.There's also been a few Arenas games where my PS5 starts hard-crashing every load-in until the match is over. The ping issues are constant, while the crashing seems directed and only happened when I out-played my teammates.

@Midnight9746 I wasn't having any problems until the last 3 days, it's been horrible. Me and my team mate both had the rubber band effect 3 games in a row, our Internet are both fine as i tested it to make sure. Ranked was a joke because of it.

@Midnight9746from experience i would say : lots of high pingers using your datacenter. depending on the time of the day i beleive there is only 20% Europeans on Euro Datacenters ... a lot of asian, middle eastern and african ppl sitting there (i even played with 2 different guys from australia, bcs they cannot find Duo games on their datacenters, nice 300ms ping...). @nebwise I also get the most lag when I'm the champion on the squad. I can see my teammates, reguardless of their skills playing the game with zero issues, while I'm unable to even move properly. This is why I think the DDOSers are back, because a few of these champion games, a team showed up out of nowhere and squad wiped us, and then the lag was gone.

@Midnight9746I've been saying this for 14 seasons now...

What was the solution to No-reg?: not showing hit indicator neither blood spray anymore (that way you'll never know if it's a server problem or not)

Yesterday i played about 4 matches and even though i had 40ms ping, the lag was unbearable.

Guess what? I switched to US servers and even with 120ms ping, I've been hitting twice the shots and not getting killed through cover anymore.

@RayleenKovacs I decided to connect to one of the Tyoko servers. My ping is somewhere between 100-300, but its somehow more stable and I'm not even lagging as much as I would on American servers that are pings 30-60. Furthermore, Japanese players are WAY nicer and play more as a team.

So, I think the problem I've been having is just the kind of players in America.

@Midnight9746 Its unplayable for me on PS5. I have 30 ping and yet I teleport, get rubber banding and no regs and so on consistently. I lose every fight from it so I don't even play anymore.

@chiefthunderball Last I've heard, console is still having majority of the issues and is indeed unplayable.
