@Midnight9746from experience i would say : lots of high pingers using your datacenter. depending on the time of the day i beleive there is only 20% Europeans on Euro Datacenters ... a lot of asian, middle eastern and african ppl sitting there (i even played with 2 different guys from australia, bcs they cannot find Duo games on their datacenters, nice 300ms ping...). I dont know excactly how the delag works in Apex but i heard they made it with some preference to high pingers.
