Shield Batteries not Working when Sentinel is Equipped

@SchraLpz When using the Sentinel, using healing directly after firing or animation canceling and healing seems to bug out and won't let me heal but will look like I am not doing the animation. It will only let me heal after the "animation" (that I can't see) is over

    That might be the case. Either way it needs to fixed.
