Shotgun damage model should be changed.

One of the more interesting things I noticed about the shotguns, is that there is actually no pellet RNG. Each shotgun has it's own signature spread. Moz has a 3 shot delta, Eva has a 9 shot figure 8, Peacekeeper has an 11 shot star, and Mastiff has a 6 pellet duckbill. The pellets will always travel in the same path, and always hit the same pattern. The only rng in shotguns is really coming from the user, where they pull the trigger and where they point the gun.
