Should Crypto's EMP Automatically destroy Knockdown Shields?

There are times where I am about to EMP an enemy or enemies. Then my teammates would win the fight against them before the EMP happened. This means I wasted EMP. However, the EMP will hit the enemie...

@MEME_REEEEEEEEEE EMP should destroy a knockdown shield if they are holding it up. They either put it down or lose it when that EMP goes off. Crypto needs buffs.

He's in a bad spot. Tier C Legend.

  @Leo_the_Lion25 Now that we’ve adjusted to Crypto’s meta, I tend to agree with you.
  
  The EMP should also activate in half the time it does currently.
  
  And it should have vertical control without the need to look up or down.
  
  I’m ok with it being made of glass, but this means it should not be the ridiculous glowing beacon that it currently it.
