Should the add Flashbangs/grenades to the game?

I was wondering.

Should they add Flashbangs/Flash grenades to the game? or would this simply be too OP.

I personally think it would be cool in some situations, and as long as the flash isn't too long.

They should work like a short flash, just to destract you, and make you "lose" concentration.

What do you guys think?
