Single fire Havoc makes no sense now

Just like you saw on the title, the single fire havoc makes absolutly no sense now that the Charge rifle is in the game.

I like having options when using a havoc with its close combat AR mode and its Single Fire SNIPER mode but this just makes no sense.

How is it posible for the Charge rifle to use 3  bullets and start  firing and slowing the target for 3 damage per tic until it finaly fires that burts of damage for a total of 90-100 damage?, when the havoc uses 4 bullets to start charging a laser that wont slow targets (which makes it dificult to hit) and will only do 60 damage if you are lucky, since it seams to have a significant damage drop after a pretty short distance compare to the ridiculously long efectiveness of the charge rifle.

If you are going to let the havoc keep its horrible single fire mode at least make it so that i can change from single fire to auto without the need of a hop up and maybe also decrease the bullets needed to 3 instead of 4 per single fire shot.
