So exclusives are both refreshing on Tuesday now?

With the cancellation of whatever event was scheduled the weekend exclusive rotation has now been altered intentionally or not, to refresh on Tuesday instead of Friday and Saturday night.

I'd like an answer on whether this was intentional or not. As it kind of ground my gears that I missed out on the Sunset Wraith exclusive due to this. The previous weeks rotation was shortened already due to the cancelled event....then instead of extending the current exclusives they are refreshed with two new ones.
