No official reply on this yet, I think someone was just being lazy and reset the exclusives on that Tuesday when the event was supposed to begin instead of a simple extension to the correct scheduled refresh days.

Maybe they were too busy working on those sub par recolors for the next event with the Iron Crown crown skins...that are about to be not so exclusive.
