So what is caustic's passive ability now?

Dont know if its "fair" but its more balanced and better for the game. It is kinda ridiculous that Caustic can TOTALLY zone off entire areas for minutes. Now you will still have a huge advantage when fighting enemies in the gas but not OP.

Everyone seeing in his gas is a huge huge nerf imo but let's see

Just means that you still have to 1v1 them, not 1 vs blind fight them which is too op. The damage (which is substantial), the thermal-like vision and the slow will still be huge but not OP. As of now, an Caustic can single handedly prevent an enemy team from even entering a building for minutes (unless they wanna die) which maybe isnt too OP (the enemy team can always choose not to attack) but not good for the game imo.

He still sees the outlines of enemies through the gas, other players cannot. The only difference is that their vision is not blurred.
