Someone Explain this to me!?

How is it logical that I have to wait 10-20 minutes to get in to a PUB game where its suppose to be FUN  to queue me up with other "good players" .... but preds cant wait 5-10 min to vs other pred/masters in ranked? Like can someone make it make sense? (other then they cater to preds)?! every game i play in D4 just 1-2 pred teams and all diamond players getting ran over. They give them instant queue and just feed 3 stack preds diamond players, but i regular diamond player apparently has such High hidden MMR that i have to wait 20 minutes for a the pub match to que me when the skill gap between me and a pred cant be to far off of me and lower ranks and even if so its a PUB made for fun not sweating? anyone else feel like the average player here just getting BONED. Cant play pubs 20 min wait cant play ranked just pred teams running over a lobby as a solo queue player. SEND HELP lmao

    Respawn killed off pubs because of two things:

    - the introduction of Wildcards (most players outside of the ranked queue play there)

    - changes to SBMM

    Currently, when playing duos on the EU server (a server with a lot of players), I sometimes wait 5-10 minutes for matchmaking. The funniest thing is that I have to play with and against the same people every day.

    It makes the game discouraging and boring. If I were still playing in a double stack, I might understand... But why, when I only play solo every day, do I have to play against the same double stacks? At one point in the evening, I feel like I'm the only solo team in the entire match...

    The mode is only playable in the morning and around noon, but matchmaking takes a very long time anyway.

    You can't report this on Reddit because every thread about matchmaking is automatically detected and immediately deleted.

    What more can I say... Great game. I feel like this game is on the verge of collapse. A game with hundreds of thousands of people playing—and I'm stuck with the same people every day. It's insane.

    SBMM should be removed from pubs or made much simpler. Currently, it's better to play ranked above diamond in the evenings than pubs, as they're more sweaty and infected.
