Someone explain why
I went into the storm to open a vault and there was only 2 items in the whole entire room when I had to unlock it?

The Vault is not always guaranteed purple or gold tier items. Sometimes there will be straight up Blues only or a mix of Blue and Purple Gear. On super rare occasions, the Vault could have nothing inside it. Don't know if that is a bug or not but it can happen.
I'm fine with having a crappy vault but theres no reason there should be 2 items out of the possible 14 or so
