Split rank down improvements

1.5 rank tier down each split for players who play a lot of rank each split is a good thing but for low rank and those who don't play as much there should be a limit of going down. For example I would rank down bronze players only 0.5 tier, silver players 0.75 tier, gold players 1 tier, platinum players and higher 6 tiers. I would also limit the number of times your rank can go down... for example I would rank down bronze, silver ,gold and platinum rank players only once if they don't play or don't rank higher at the next split. I would rank down players who hit diamond a maximum of 2 times...  master and pred 3 times so they don't go lower than platinum. Nobody wants predators or masters who didnt play a few seasons in bronze, silver or gold lobbys. Plus it would be an incentive to predators and masters to come back and grind from higher.
