Still Can't Hear Octane

9/10 times Octane is DEAD silent, including when he runs, slides, jumps, jumps on/off jumppad, in air, stim, heal, reload, etc. for some reason he doesn't make any kind of sounds most of the time, and this includes teammate Octanes. You usually hear him once you die, which doesn't help. Yet, I can hear every other legend just fine.

    @Palette24carats I've watched an Octane stim right at me and even a teammate, I've watched a teammate stim away as well - each time he made zero sounds. That's the problem - and as mentioned, I don't even hear him land from jumppads either, his teammates - yes, him - no.
