As you get to higher leagues players might tend to wait until they're very comfortable with the loot they have before fighting other players. If you don't get any kills it's critical to finish top 5 to continue working your way up the ladder. When a lot of the other players are of equal skill you'll want to make sure you have the best armor possible to increase your chances of survival.

@EA_Blueberry I agree aswell Theres times early game my teammates just hot drop on a full team and the other teammate rushes to help them but Im not rushing in with a mozambique lol sometimes i gotta go through multiple buildings to find any weapon thats not a p2020/mozambique and tbh sometimes you can’t even find those
- @FaIIenAngeI777 Yeah wtf is with this rng? Sometimes you have to run for like an eternity to find something else than retardique and at the same time someplace else there are ARs literally lying one on top of the other. And the hot zones can get ridiculous too :P
