I disagree, but they need to stop nerfing the legends that are just on the edge of competitive as 'flex picks' like caustic and lifeline. Sure, rework them if you need to, but don't give them a bludgeon nerf because casuals find it inconvient to fight against, while the pro league shows them bieng situational or not even picked up.
Why wasn't the priority nerfs on Horizon, Gibby, or Bloodhound?
The meta never really changed with these nerfs, they just cement the current meta and make it more suffocating because you eliminate the optional flex pick options.

Horizon is still a very strong meta character. The only reason she isn't completely dumpstering on pro games is she doesn't have the safe team rotation of wraith. Still doesn't mean she is okay.
