Stop nerfing Octane
It is not necessary but dev is insist to nerf Octane. Increasing the cooldown of the launch pad from 60 to 90 and losing 20 HP when used tactically is too much. This is too much dev.

Even though a lot of people don't agree with me here, mobility is a huge advantage. Octane is capable of quickly getting out of combat while also being able to effortlessly chase someone who runs away. He's a double-edged sword if both blades were facing away from him. The 20 damage you receive from the Stim has little to no repercussion on his combat performance. And those couple of seconds of mobility affect his general agility. So hitting him is pretty difficult, chasing him is near impossible and getting away from him is equally as difficult.
His Jump Pad is the least of my concerns. The longer cooldown sure will affect the amount of jump pads you see around, but that doesn't solve the issue with the Revenant/Jump Pad combo. Or the Jump pad/wraith portal combo. But it's a nerf that has the chance to reduce his usage rate.
No worries.... After the next update Rampart will no longer be stationary. I can't wait to light y'all up.

He's slow now and he's not hard to chase down if u can hear where he's going he doesn't even run fast anymore and u have a pathfinder who knows how to grapple u can easily catch up to him, plus enemies can also use his jumppad
