I haven't been playing Apex Legends long enough to really experience the buffs and nerfs. But by all means, out of all the characters I was able to play, Wraith was by far the most useless one. And so far every wraith in my team has mostly been useless as well.
I mean, her tactical... what is that? No, seriously, what even is that? Practically the "delay death by a few seconds" button because I leave the thickest trail of dust behind me that basically screams "hey, follow me and you'll find a vastly damaged Wraith for your kill counter" - And thanks to me being just as fast as anyone else in this state, what's the point in even using it anyway? At least legends like pathfinder have the potential to properly get out of fights thanks to speed and ability of positioning. I can easily get on top of rooftops or behind obstacles quickly and be safe for a very long while Wraith? Yeah, mostly just "run into a building and try to find the quickest way outside of your enemy's view. Which rarely works out.
Her ultimate is a bit better and serves a little more purpose. By all means, it's a nice way to quickly get out of ranged combat, heal up, get back into it again. But all other factors considered, it's neither a good traveling ability because the distance you could walk as a group is equally as fast. Plus, your team mates will be sitting ducks for a while.
Her tactical is useful. Being able to know when someone is aiming at you before any shots are fired is a useful trait to get out of combat before it even started.
Overall, Tactical is useless in my opinion, ultimate semi-useful, passive very useful.

The tactical can buy you precious time if you nee to reposition under heavy fire.
The ultimate is good as a team repositioning tool. It's actually a little better than just your entire group running, as Wraith moves much faster when deploying it.
The passive can be useful, but can also be useless, as it'll sometimes tell you that there is a sniper after you get shot at, or a trap when you can see them.
Example in season 5: Revenant
They buffed revenant from one of the worst legends to the best legend in the game with the best ultimate for fights in the game. He needs a nerf. How about you stop speaking out of ignorance.
@Shmexxyyy Revenant is in a great spot right now as well as wraith, people were complaining because it was extremely difficult to kill a wraith

I wonder when people will demand to nerf the skill level of better than them players - because they can't beat them.Why to learn and adopt to game when you can only ask for another unnececery nerf.
