Storm Point...what do you think?

IMO, it looks great but 1) it is too big & I find myself doing too much travelling and not enough fighting. Many POI's are simply unreachable in any reasonable time frame on drop due to the 1000m+ ...

@HappyHourSumwur I was honestly expecting to really enjoy this map from what I saw before season 11 went live

But it's just far to big. You either have to try land stupid hot, or land safe and see no one all game.

Characters blend into the surrounding far to easy, and I think 3rd parties are actually more savage on this map than any other map once you do find a team because everyone is desperate to get into fight

The way I see it is, it's a battle royal, not a RPG

@AkhiHabibThe map itself is absolutely stunning I really just want to explore it but as a Controller Player... I absolutely hate playing on this map because everything is just so spread out I can barely see the enemy team yet alone even attempt to aim... theres like absolutely no aim assist mid-long range compared to other games it isn’t so bad if I actually manage to find a 3x or 2-4 scope but most of the time I find myself running around with a 1x because i absolutely hate using 2x bruisers unless its on a triple take
I mean controller is probably great on this map if you actually have good frame rates but I barely get 30-40 fps and it seems to majorly dip the second I enter a gunfight or when the ring starts to close late game if Im Lucky enough to survive that long (basically I only have luck as Bangalore because of her smoke...)

  @TheApexLegendNub 100% agree with you.
  aesthetically the map looks amazing, but like you say everything is so spread out.
  
  I've noticed it's difficult to see teams at distance also, I even resorted to to lowering my FOV, and I've never done that before.
  
  I think the fact that balloons have gone, rotations are much more difficult/ slower, and that makes the map feel even bigger.
  Makes you feel like you spend half the match running across a wasteland of nothingness

    @AkhiHabib I think I may need to lower my FOV aswell from like 104 to 90 or 80 something idk... I just know I am addicted to this new map I absolutely hate fighting on it but I can’t get enough of it and just want to explore lol

  @SensualHedgehog It seems worse than any other map for 3rd parties, even with the size. And the fact that even with a valk ult your still forced into choke points because it doesn't reach over a lot of the mountains.
