Sniper scopes are fine.

Only reason I choose to use a 4x non sniper scope is it doesn't restrict my FoV.

The triple take has almost no bullet drop and is excellent for long range. If you have this weapon with a choke it is insanely strong.

+1 to @MekaDeth555's video, once you use the range markers you should find your sniper game improving. Triple take with the choke is also a great sniper choice, i've found.
