Suggestion to even out early game shield imbalance

Whilst I believe that good play can override the fact another player has lucked into objectively better weapons than you (Peacekeeper Vs Re45, or Hemlock Vs 301) that belief is significantly reduced ...

That is the nature of the game, luck plays a major role in the first 2 minutes and then diminishes rapidly 

The things that make this game different are what make it good.

It doesn't make the game different tho.

Its just how most BR's are. That doesn't mean its good tho.

As competetive veteran, i absolutly despise RNG so i support OP's idea.
