hmm You think it would ruin fair play? I can understand that. Some option to watch replay of your death after match ends from attackers perspective would be awesome. Even if its after your squad gets lobby'd.
Ironic though since you don't consider this game a sport and you are against any measures to stop trolls and noobs making teams unfair. thats worse for competitive matches then a killcam lol.
But Games like overwatch have a killcam. Cs:GO has it in casual play but not comp. But comp you can actually re watch the match I believe.
Another reason to have a ranked qeue with skill matching. And a casual mode for everyone else with a killcam to quell most of these hackusation threads...
Let the pros play all the hackers imo, they won't mind.
But then we need a way to stop tier slumming smurfers. I still say activation codes sent to cell phones and credit cards on file. 😉 Regardless I still think there'd be less hackusations.

Just found out from watching c9's stream. pro cs:go and overwatch players. That in cs:go they have finally did what I have been begging for years. Verifying phones for the comp matches.
I would go further and do that for the pubs!! Although I know that would get backlash. SO again we should at least have a ranked qeue that is based on skill rating, which you have to verify by phone to enter. This would stop alot of cheater accusations.
And then public match for everyone else who don't give a hoot. I would actually split ranked matches by solo qeue and by premade as well...
I guess after beating that dead horse for years someone finally listened. Maybe respawn would follow their lead.- 7 years ago
Not the dead horse I was referring to

Before this thread, the developers had no idea what a kill cam (really a death cam) was, or that people wanted it.. but you have all added so much valuable education, they will surely add one now. LOL
Sarcasm aside...
This game has some unique challenges with respect to death cam.. Because when you are killed, you are not out of the game.
The game would need to let you review all your deaths at the end of the game. Which is kind of complicated.... we'll probably just see nothing until full replays.
You can actually get some insight into your deaths and gameplay by recording your death from your own viewpoint using NVidia ShadowPlay instant replay, or OBS replay buffer. You can then rewatch the video in slow motion using something like VLC Media Player.
