Suggestions for Korean Servers

Hi

I have a suggestion for a server.

There's a rooting bug in Korean servers that keeps people going to other servers.

The Korean server is now a ghost server. The game won't start and you can't even check if the rooting bug is fixed.

The nearest Japanese server have a packet loss, latency icon and a huge amount of lags in the evening peak hours.

I think we should solve the problem even by creating a server connection pool.

and system needs to be improved for server population control.

I hope that the Korean server will be a lively server again.
