take down the penalty for leaving Ranked Matched

EXACTLY!

Literally the only reason why I'm on this page right now is because I just got a 45 minute wait penalty. Like, the 20 minute wait for leaving before was already ridiculous, so are you * kidding me??

Just like the OP said, why would I wait out a whole game after my teammates decide to ignore my box, or neglect to revive me? All that does is reward negative behavior. I leave a game because it frustrates me to have toxic players as my teammates, and then I get even more frustrated because I can't just play the game like I want to.

I would even understand if the penalty was only for ranked matches, but considering it blocks you from even playing regular apex, this system is entirely pointless. I'm starting to not even want to play the game at all, knowing that I won't be able to play if I leave a game. It's such a waste of money and time, and if they don't see a problem with that, I don't want to support the developers anymore. 

See, the thing about the wait is that it's not independent of the day before. So, if I left a game last week, I'll still get the increased penalty this week. That's absolutely ridiculous.

Also, I don't rage quit these games. Immediately leaving the game because you get downed, or die, isn't quite the same as leaving the game because of neglectful or trolling teammates.

Would you like to play, or even watch a game with teammates that allow you to purposely bleed out in order to take your fully-kitted gear? I doubt that. 

Because of cases like these, the penalty should AT LEAST not affect regular apex. There's already the negative RP penalty for leaving a match early. I'm sure that increasing that penalty would greatly help the serious players that want to actually competively play Ranked Matches. 

I've paid into the game, and therefore I'd like to be able to play it without others ruining it for me. This is the sort of thing that I believe a lot Apex gamers have problems with.

Oh, and these time penalties just started this season, thats why you wouldn't have gotten them before. @iBlockHead 

Stop leaving early. Problem solved. I think the leave penalty is great. I've seen a drastic reduction in rage quitters. Sure it sucks to watch as someone unloads a mag on your death box, executes you, or teabags you. But all you have to do is look away if it bothers you that bad. Or you could just quit playing. Because I seriously doubt the penalty is going anywhere.

@iBlockHead I'm not quite sure if you've seen this happen, but considering you say you don't leave, you probably haven't noticed that even leaving after the banner is grayed out can be bugged. 

That's fine if you all want to wait the whole match, but don't hold other players to an inconveniencing standard. Not everyone has the time to be able to wait whole matches after completely dying. The whole point of apex/ battle royale is that it's a pick-up-and-play game. If you want players to stay the whole game, give a reason for them to stay after dying, other than possibly getting a win IF your team is good enough. 

No they have been here since ranked was introduced, Plus, you DON'T get penalties for leaving normal matches FYI so what? Just wait a minuate it is not that hard! you must be in bronze to have * teammates like that.
