Teammates getting last hit and gets the kill

I wouldn't say the kill should be ignored for the person that one-hits the enemy. Instead, a system similar to BF4 can be implemented, such as "assist counts as kill" when you've dealt, let's say, at least 70% of the damage.
This way both people get the kill and everyone is happy.
