@Srksii It sounds like you don't have enough ram on your graphics card to support the texture budget. Its a different type of "RAM" or "Random Access Memory". Apparently the 1050 ti has 4 GB of RAM, which may be the problem, depending on other specs of the computer.
Minimum System Requirements:
OS: 64-bit Windows 7
CPU: Intel Core i3-6300 3.8GHz / AMD FX-4350 4.2 GHz Quad-Core Processor
RAM: 6GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 / Radeon HD 7730
GPU RAM: 1 GB
HARD DRIVE: Minimum 22 GB of free space
Recommended System Requirements:
OS: 64-bit Windows 7
CPU: Intel i5 3570K or equivalent
RAM: 8GB
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 / AMD Radeon R9 290
GPU RAM: 8GB
HARD DRIVE: Minimum 22 GB of free space
Notice how it says "RAM" and "GPU RAM". Your budge of 2GB of RAM tries to use the 2 GPU RAM you have set aside for it. Although, the rest of the GPU RAM and even normal RAM can be used to help render the texture, and its usually is used.
The recommended amount of GPU RAM is 8, while RAM is also 8. Even with a low texture budget, if you don't have at least 2GB GPU RAM, and around 4-6 GB of RAM, you will have a hard time. Remember, the game isn't JUST using GPU RAM for everything you know. Its also using your RAM to run the game. If you barely have any in either areas, that's the problem, not the game.
