HE isn't that hard to hit compared to robust legends. People are able to just TEAR you apart up close while caustic and Gib take clips upon clips. Remove the modifier and put if back to 0. Casutic and gib can keep their plus 5. Even though Gib gets a shield and giving him and extra 5% is kinda ridiculous. Its supposed to be skill that sets you apart not a POS modifier.
@Luxxtenebri Who isn't that hard to hit? If we're comparing Wraith to Gibraltar then yes Gibby is much easier to hit.
I don't think 5% makes any noticeable difference unless you're up against a fortified legend.
Fortified should give 15% damage reduction when hit not 5%.

There is a video that explained how broken Path hitbox is still. His head is nonexistent, so landing headshot on Pathfinder is a pain ******. There is multiple videos out there.
He may be long, but that doesn`t mean a *****, no head to shot, and he is skinny as hell. He actually have the 3rd smallest hitbox ING.
Does Wraith and Path deserve to take more than 5% extra damage they are getting now ? NO LP is there for a reason and should not be changed, unless they change all of the hitboxes.
P.P. Just had a game with a Kraber, and aim straight at Pathfinder head, and i hit his body ...... Yeah his hitbox is not broken, not at all ...
Same thing happen on Imperial on one of his streams, and he was mad.
Would you call Octane one broken? Yeah right ? Its the same for Pathfinder, but in positive way, nonexistent head vs big big head on Octane.
Both have broken head hitboxes.
As i said i just got a game with Kraber, and the shot was right at his f**** head, and hit his body for 152 or so.
If you don`t believe me or think i can`t aim, Imperial on one of his stream experience the same s*****. And he aimed straight at Path head, and he was standing still, yet his shot land on Path body, just what happen to me.
